EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
PREAMBLE
WITHDRAWAL LAW: VERACRUZS, gives its customers the possibility of retracting the purchase made as stipulated in Law 1480 of 2011, ART 47, to retract according to the law they have a period of 5 business days after the delivery of the product. .
Send an email within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the product to support@veracruzs.com, with the reason for return.
After the email is reviewed by VERACRUZS , the client will receive an email with the instructions to follow.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels.
When the product is received, the supplier carries out quality control which takes approximately five (5) business days. When the condition of the product is determined and the money will be refunded.
The cost of return shipping of the garment must be assumed by the client, as established by the relevant law.
With the right of withdrawal in Colombia, you can only request a refund of the money.
The refund of the money as provided by law must be made within thirty (30) days following the return of the garment.
SHIPPING TIMES
Our shipments are made through the transport company. The delivery time of the products is approximately:
- Standard Delivery : 2 to 5 business days: Cost $16,000. Purchases less than $390,000, purchases greater than the mentioned amount FREE .
Taking high seasons as a reference, this begins to count from the moment the order was approved. An order is approved when the bank accepts the payment.
Shipping is free for purchases over $380,000. If it is less than the aforementioned value, it will be paid according to the chosen freight.
RETURN POLICY
The customer will have the option to return one or more products in their order within a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the garment(s). The carrier's receipt signed by the customer will be required as proof of the date of receipt.
The process for returning products is as follows:
- You must identify the product and the purchase date.
- Exchanges of garments are made for the value actually paid.
- Send the change request within the first 30 calendar days after receiving the order to the email support@veracruzs.com
- Transportation and other expenses involved in the return will be assumed by the buyer. Whose product must be sent to the indicated address
- Each product must be returned in new condition, with all labels in its original packaging. In the event that the product has been altered due to handling other than that necessary to verify its nature, characteristics or operation, VERACRUZS reserves the right to refuse the refund or replacement of the product.
OPTIONS AVAILABLE AFTER CHANGE REQUEST:
- Exchange for product size or color.
- Bonus charged for the value of the purchase to be redeemed online.
GUARANTEE
At VERACRUZS the garments have a guarantee of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the product by our customers. After this period, no claims will be accepted for any reason. In the event of a warranty claim, our quality department will review it and we will provide a response within eight (8) business days.
If it is possible to repair the garment, we will proceed with the repair. Otherwise, an exchange will be made for a garment with the same characteristics in perfect condition.

WRONG PRODUCTS
If you receive a product with different characteristics than those described on the page at the time of purchase, the customer can follow the following procedure to request a product change:
Within two (2) business days after receiving the product, the customer must take photographs that show the error and send them along with the order number to support@veracruzs.com.
Once the error is confirmed, a collection guide will be sent to the customer to return the incorrect product. VERACRUZS will manage the collection at the same place of initial delivery. Once this process is completed, the correct product will be sent to the customer.
CANCELLATION
The customer has the right to cancel their purchase order in whole or in part as long as it has not been sent, without the need for VERACRUZS to have defaulted, by means of written notice sent to support@veracruzs.com .
VERACRUZS will proceed with a full refund of the money paid if the order has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it will be considered a return of the product and the cost of shipping or taxes charged will be deducted, as appropriate, (in the case of international shipments).
In case of cancellation, the refund of the money paid will be made within a period of 20 business days from receipt of the email requesting cancellation.
